The pandemic presented significant challenges for the Austrian Red Cross, not only in providing aid but also in communication. Delivering clear and effective messages was crucial.
We developed a modular content concept tailored to different target audiences. By producing a series of versatile content pieces, we showcased the diverse efforts and personal stories of the Austrian Red Cross in an engaging way.
The film series reached a wide audience on social media and served as an effective communication tool – externally with corporate donors and internally as a token of appreciation for employees. It strengthened public awareness and appreciation of the Austrian Red Cross’s work during the pandemic, fostering understanding and support within the community.
